  1. Generate templates per section in one form and dedicate it to a specific email address

    When entering data into a form i want to be able to dedicate a template to a specific section. So say I have 4 sections I want to able to have one template for each section. I also want to be able to dedicate a section to a email address. Can it be possible to select which template file to email to which Person(email address) All of this in one form.

  2. Allow two forms to create one doc

    I would like to create a doc template where a teacher could fill out the top section and a student could fill out another section. Two separate forms converging into one doc.

  3. Allow users to choose the time zone for "Timestamp" and "Now" keywords

    Currently, when using "Timestamp" and "Now" the time is written in GMT, in a 24-hour format. As I am using this to record when a form is submitted, I would appreciate being able to customize this. Even if the 24-hour format stays, I would like the option to have the time in my own time zone.

  6. Multiple templates from one form

    This feature sort of exists (see: https://formpublisher.uservoice.com/forums/281193-feature-requests/suggestions/7022601-use-multiple-templates-with-one-form). However, setting a single form to send multiple templates requires you to set up a nesting system of forms where one form sends information to a mirrored form, and the second form generates the second template.

    This isn't ideal when your initial form is complicated because any changes you make have to be propagated through the mirrored form(s), which is a very manual process. It also makes your Google drive folders unnecessarily complicated and confusing.

    Could you simplify the process to allow multiple templates to be generated from one single back-end form?

  7. Email Options

    Regardless of what I enter as the Sender Name, tag or email address, it places the form owner’s (me) email address in brackets in the From field when delivered. Is there any possible way to change this to the form submitter?

  9. Enter into tables

    Using the grid response tool of Forms, have Form Publisher populate a table which recreates the grid.

    For our purposes, it is basically to create a way to block times off for scheduling. The grid uses time slots on the Y axis with days of the week on the X axis.

  10. Workflow approval change date format

    Date format changed after workflow approval. I have set date format dd MMM YYYY, but it was changed after the workflow approval to MM/dd/YYYY or YYYY-MM-dd. It might be very confusing. Please make sure the date format does not change.

  11. Saving individual submitted forms in their respective folders (based on rules)

    We are planning to use this for keeping track of decisions made various groups in our organization.

    Every group will submit a google forms doc and it will generate a pdf. We'd like to save these files in their respective folder's. Say for example, if the IT group is submitting a form, it will save the files in the IT folder.

  14. Enable the publisher to generate multiple sheets dependent upon an option chosen in the form

    I am a teacher, and I have created a google form to track the services that I give my students. I would love for form publisher to be able to generate a separate log for each student. My form is set up so that I choose "service provided to..." and pick the student as one of my questions. It would be great if the publisher could organize these services so that when I click on Billy, all of the responses for Billy go onto one sheet (or a tab within one mass sheet would work as well), but if I…

  15. Resulting forms combined into a single document, so they can be printed in one job

    I have dozens of form submissions each day, and the whole reason I have these forms being generated is so I can print them. Printing dozens of docs from Google Drive is a pain, but an obvious solution would be to have the submitted forms combined into a single, multi-page document which would allow us to print them all in one click.

  17. Enable Auto Table of Contents in Publisher

    Currently in Word there is the ability for the creation of an automatic table of contents which is very handy when creating larger documents. Unfortunately this function is not available in Publisher and table of contents can only be created manually. The idea is simply that this function can be enabled in Publisher to assist in easily creating Table of Contents particularly for those larger documents and booklets.

  18. Option to Include Column Header Dynamically with Response in Form

    Very simply idea. Right now when you create your form template you input the header between the brackets <<like this>>. This will display just your answer. What would be really nice, is if there was a way to indicate that you would like to display the header (i.e. question from the form) followed by the answer, maybe just by adding an extra bracket <<<like this>>>.

    So for example, if we have a Form question that is "Requested Ship Date" that can be dynamically answered with a MM/DD/YYYY answer. This means you would have a header in your answers spreadsheet matching…
