  1. add batch pdf email feature and unique user output.

    The batch email feature would be great because we receive the majority of form submissions within a ten minuter period every Tuesday. So sorting through 50 forms per unique user (we use a work around by having the email be a form question and then using <<email>> in the sharing settings. Or, if it's easier, unique Google Drive Folder output (based on an answer). That would make organization fantastic.

  3. Able to regenerate over a time period rather than 1 specific day

    When you only add in the form publisher after responses have been collected it would be able to regenerate all responses rather than just by 1 date at a time. So having a time period i.e from form opening to now

  4. fix the report issues link and the number of pages

    1st - the report an issue link is broken

    2nd - my form has 3 sections, and form publisher creates a 3 page pdf. Problem is, all of my data goes to a 1 page form. This results in 2 blank pages.

    I'm wanting to roll this out to a company that will result in hundreds of forms a month. Those blank pages are going to create a problem. So, I'm hesitant to purchase the business license until I know it will work.

  8. using Form Publisher to create reports from existing Google Sheets document

    I am looking at using Form Publisher in our work environment. However, part of our workflow involves imported .csv files exported from an outside form. Is it possible to do a batch run of spreadsheet data using Form Publisher? I see that I have the option to "regenerate files" when I look at the Form Publisher options within a form, but is there something like that within Google Sheets?

  9. Add a way to link forms to each other. It would be great to have a way to see if a linked form is completed when receiving a new one

    For example, when different people each have to fill out a form for a referral, it would be great to see which ones have been completed as each new one is received.

  10. Hide markers of unanswered questions

    When you go to print a document, if the question wasn't answered the whole marker shows up. It would be great if you could hide unused markers once a new document is generated.

  12. Ability to add additional text within tags.

    I would like for the option to add additional text within the tags.
    I am trying to setup a form to get responses from a business group.
    There are fields which are left empty by many respondents.
    So when making a template, I end up having to use the same tags as a the form. Otherwise, the document ends up with a lot of empty lines.
    For example, I would like a field (with its header in the template) to appear in the document, only if it has a response associated with it.

    Would be great to remove slides depending on response. In my case if they answer "No", the slides relating to saying "Yes" would be removed.

  16. Option to send a notification to everyone when one person approves the form

    When one person on the list approves or rejects, a notification goes to all the reviewers that "so and so" approved/rejected the document

  17. Allow me to set a reminder for the google doc

    Once a google doc is generated from the google form, we want to notify people who need to work on the google doc 48 hours after it is generated.

  19. Use calculated fields in file name and email.

    We would like to use the job number in our file name, however, the job number is created based on answers in the form... it is not something someone creates themselves. This feature would allow us to add a column in the response sheet that has a formula calculating the job number for each entry. Then, we could use the result in this column as a marker just like any other.

    For instance, we would use it to combine the date of the job form answer (Jan 1, 2018) with the Account Manager answer (John Smith). The result is a…

  20. Stop sending automatic emails to the person who filled out the form when it is accepted or declined.

    For the workflow validation tool, an automatic email is sent to the person who filled out the form when their submission has been accepted or declined. I would like to be able to turn on and off this function. Sometimes I do not want the person who filled out the form to see whether it has been accepted or rejected.
