  1. Create document for all form submission dates or a date range

    Create a document with the content for all -- or a date range -- of submission dates; in other words, a concatenated document with all data to date (ideally in reverse chronological order). Periodically, I want to assemble all or a date range of reports filed through the Google form, then save as a PDF that I can post on the organization website for all to see.

      Most of there form hosting & publishers suck, and i use this site internally, but would love to be able to use it externally. :)

        Is it possible to have the different form submissions merged together as one document, or consecutive records of a single document?

          • Generate templates per section in one form and dedicate it to a specific email address

            When entering data into a form i want to be able to dedicate a template to a specific section. So say I have 4 sections I want to able to have one template for each section. I also want to be able to dedicate a section to a email address. Can it be possible to select which template file to email to which Person(email address) All of this in one form.

            • Allow the same form to be re-populated with data from multiple times (when using the same google form multiple times).

              When using a google form multiple times, allow me to have that data appear in the same form publisher template rather than create a new form each time. For example, if gathering assessment data for education, I would want to have the same student's data all compiled into one form rather than multiple forms for each new set of data I collect via google forms.

              • Saving ONLY PDF's

                It would be nice if, when saving PDF's in the destination folder, it ONLY saved a PDF, not a copy of Google Sheets as well.

                • Possibility to add <<>> markers inside an image

                  The possibility to add a marker inside an image in a Doc would be awesome. Markers <<>> won't be recognized inside images, so I can't customize my templates that have text inside the image.

                      • provide an automatic printing option once form is generated and saved... could be local printer or cloud printer.

                        self explanatory... just a rich printing option with automation as one feature

                          Would be great if we could change the template depending on a response. Just name the different sheets in a spreadsheet equal to a form's answers.
                          In the settings, select a spreadsheet template, and then, set the sheet desired with a marker.

                            We edit the same form responses several times: One of us starts filling it and sends the form to another worker. It bounces through different employees until it's finnished.
                            This means from 2 to 15 documents generated with form publisher, but we only need the last one.
                            Can form publisher generate only one document depending on the response of an answer?

                            • Quiz Stipulation

                              When making a Google Form and using it as a quiz, be able to set Form Publisher to say that when a person has reached a certain percent or number correct on the quiz, that Form Publisher than go and create a Certificate of Completion. My company wants to use Google Forms to administer trainings but need to have a certificate of completition to go with the trianing.

                              • Have an option for the add-on NOT to create a template file along with the pdf output file everytime a form is submitted.

                                It just creates to many files in the output folder, I just want to see the pdf's ive created with my form, having the template there as well is necessary since i'll be using only the master template file.

                                • Allow multiple responses to generate one multi-page document/slide show.

                                  Have each response be in one google doc on its own page or on its own slide in google slides. For example, response A would be on slide 1 in the google slide and response B would be on slide 2.

                                    I'd like to have users fill out one form and then export the results of each page of the form into a separate tab in a linked spreadsheet so I can transform the data later.
                                    Alternatively, if I could use the title of a page as a marker, I could jury rig something

                                      User 1 files out a form. They indicate they are in the high school. I’d like the form to be E-mailed to user1@school.com as well as hsprincipal@school.com

                                        I want to send a pdf copie of the form to the one filling it. I used the key of emails in the destination (<<Adresse e-mail>> in my form) and mark it with the pdf icon, just as it is explained in the video. but finally no email was sent.
