Have a way to bracket information to be ignored in the template if there is not answer to the question.
The add-on understands when a question has not been answered because it does not populate the information or the '<< >>'. That being said, if I've formatted text in my template, it is still there.

Form Publisher generate one document from one respond. I want to generate only one document from either pdf or word of all the response.1 vote
My problem is Timezone.
I'm in Brazil (UTC-03).
In the field date/hour, with format dd/MM;yyyy HH:mm, I get: "30/03/2016, 11:00", but the file generate by FormPublisher show me: "30/03/2016, 7:00".
Look: It reduce four hours of the information filled in by the user.
This problem begin yesterday, day 28, march. Before, it was ok.
Anybody can help me to fix this bug?
It would be good to have conditional control over the template meaning if a question is answered a certain way, it's bolded or otherwise styled to call attention to the response.
Conversely, if certain questions are not served up to that respondent, it'd be great to eliminate those questions/responses from the PDF generated...as they appear blank.1 vote
I would like to send a PDF to people and their emails are listed on the form publisher template in an auto populating cell. If you change the name, the email changes. And the emails are auto sent to the updated recipients.
Get the data from the spreadsheet so that the markers can correspond to the columns instead of the title. Since my form asks for information for several trainers and several course descriptions, many of the pages have repeat titles (or blank title info). The logic in place defaults all repeat titles to the last data entered for that 'title'. Ex: If page 1, 2, and 3 ask for name, the document lists Name#3 as the name for each instance.1 vote
When the user receives an email has a link to edit the form, but when you edit the form does not receive a new pdf with modificacions. It would be great to have this option.1 vote

Would be great if we could change the template depending on a response. Just name the different sheets in a spreadsheet equal to a form's answers.

Form Publisher + gforms is perfect but working in healthcare, regulations forbid us to store personal patient data in the cloud.
I f you could package an equivalent solution offline, it would be perfect .
Alternatively, if you could devise a combination mechanism for offline/online data with placeholders for future merge so the person name would not appear in google drive, it would be OK.
Is the problem clearly stated ? (I am French).

Those who receive the PDF copy will get a different message than those whom you invite to make a comment. Right now, both those who receive the PDF copy and those who you invite as commentators receive the same message in two separate e-mails. That's two e-mails with the same message but two different purposes; one to provide PDF copy and another to invite to comment. Thank you1 vote
