  1. Saving individual submitted forms in their respective folders (based on rules)

    We are planning to use this for keeping track of decisions made various groups in our organization.

    Every group will submit a google forms doc and it will generate a pdf. We'd like to save these files in their respective folder's. Say for example, if the IT group is submitting a form, it will save the files in the IT folder.

  2. Quiz Stipulation

    When making a Google Form and using it as a quiz, be able to set Form Publisher to say that when a person has reached a certain percent or number correct on the quiz, that Form Publisher than go and create a Certificate of Completion. My company wants to use Google Forms to administer trainings but need to have a certificate of completition to go with the trianing.

  4. Option to send a notification to everyone when one person approves the form

    When one person on the list approves or rejects, a notification goes to all the reviewers that "so and so" approved/rejected the document

  6. Create document for all form submission dates or a date range

    Create a document with the content for all -- or a date range -- of submission dates; in other words, a concatenated document with all data to date (ideally in reverse chronological order). Periodically, I want to assemble all or a date range of reports filed through the Google form, then save as a PDF that I can post on the organization website for all to see.

  7. Option to prefill date with today's date

    The one that is answering on the google form should be "recommended" to choose today's date by not doing anything, if him/her wants to change, you change.

    We are looking for a solution to insert the final link to re-edit your form into the pdf send to the recipients.

  9. It would be great to generate a form with only certain fields based on answers from previous filed.

    For example, my form collects information from a patient regarding their medical providers. If a patient enters "Yes" to a question asking them if they see a dermatologist, I want to create a form letter to that doctor. However, if they entered NO, I don't want to create this form.

  11. If/Then Formatting for Answers

    If user chooses "No" for answer, highlight that answer in resulting document. For example, if person says "No" for Are You a US Citizen,, the resulting document highlights that answer in the auto-created document.

  13. Find not used markers

    It would be useful to know which markers are not being used, if I add a question and I forget to insert the marker right away.
    Also instead of having to create the marker it would be cool to have a function that creates the marker or a list of the marker that are present and I can use

  14. email answer as a text-mail instead the pdf-attachment

    I need to copy the text of every answer and I don't like to open every pdf attachment first. It would be very usefull to get the notification just as a text email
