  1. Have a way to bracket information to be ignored in the template if there is not answer to the question.

    The add-on understands when a question has not been answered because it does not populate the information or the '<< >>'. That being said, if I've formatted text in my template, it is still there.

    ie:
    5th Reservation Time: <<Time In>> - <<Time Out>>
    looks like
    5th Reservation Time: -

    It would be nice to have a way to bracket information in the template to be ignored as well if the question is unanswered.

    ie:
    [[5th Reservation Time: <<Time In>> - <<Time Out>>]]

    It would be great if there was functionality that would allow the form to be E-mailed to different addresses based on a question. For example:

    User 1 files out a form. They indicate they are in the high school. I’d like the form to be E-mailed to user1@school.com as well as hsprincipal@school.com

    User 2 files out a form. They indicate they are in the middle school. I’d like the form to be E-mailed to user2@school.comas well as msprincipal@school.com

  3. Generate only one pdf or word document from all response.

    Form Publisher generate one document from one respond. I want to generate only one document from either pdf or word of all the response.

  4. Save the PDF in a different folder than the original document/spreedsheet.

    This way you can keep the original document/spreedsheet in a folder that is not shared but the PDF can be in a folder that is shared. The original document/spreedsheet will be safe from being modified by other users.

  7. Make submitted image links into images in pdf, instead of just link text.

    Google Forms only accepts links instead of images. FormPublisher could turn those links into images on the pdf.

  8. I call and ask e-mail. I do not need that Form Publisher create as no one file if e-mail absent

    I do call and ask e-mail.
    When I get e-mail and I print it in Form <<e-mail>>
    I need that Form Publisher create as file and PDF as send PDF to recipient to <<e-mail>> from Form.

    But when a can not get <<e-mail>> I do not need to Form Publisher nor file creation nor PDF creation nor PDF sending. That is I need check-box for switch on|off this option.

  9. Use calculated fields in file name and email.

    We would like to use the job number in our file name, however, the job number is created based on answers in the form... it is not something someone creates themselves. This feature would allow us to add a column in the response sheet that has a formula calculating the job number for each entry. Then, we could use the result in this column as a marker just like any other.

    For instance, we would use it to combine the date of the job form answer (Jan 1, 2018) with the Account Manager answer (John Smith). The result is a…

  10. Allow multiple, distinct emails to be automatically generated

    This would enable really awesome integration with other software. I'm thinking specifically of Trello, but i'm sure it applies elsewhere as well. (To use the email-to-Trello feature, you have to put tags in the subject line, etc., which I don't want in the emails that my colleagues receive notifying them of the newly published document.)

  11. Email Options

    Regardless of what I enter as the Sender Name, tag or email address, it places the form owner’s (me) email address in brackets in the From field when delivered. Is there any possible way to change this to the form submitter?

  13. add batch pdf email feature and unique user output.

    The batch email feature would be great because we receive the majority of form submissions within a ten minuter period every Tuesday. So sorting through 50 forms per unique user (we use a work around by having the email be a form question and then using <<email>> in the sharing settings. Or, if it's easier, unique Google Drive Folder output (based on an answer). That would make organization fantastic.

  14. Remove slide from Google Slide deck depending on response to question

    Would be great to remove slides depending on response. In my case if they answer "No", the slides relating to saying "Yes" would be removed.

  16. improve placement of Form Publisher columns in destination Sheet

    In the Google Spreadsheet which collects responses to our Google Form, the data collection spreasheet is not the first tab, as we have added a pivot table which summarizes the spreadsheet data in the first tab. Form Publisher incorrectly added its [Form Publisher], Increment, [Form Publisher] Doc URL and [Form Publisher] PDF URL columns to the first spreadsheet rather than the one which contains the actual form data.

  20. Multiple templates from one form

    This feature sort of exists (see: https://formpublisher.uservoice.com/forums/281193-feature-requests/suggestions/7022601-use-multiple-templates-with-one-form). However, setting a single form to send multiple templates requires you to set up a nesting system of forms where one form sends information to a mirrored form, and the second form generates the second template.

    This isn't ideal when your initial form is complicated because any changes you make have to be propagated through the mirrored form(s), which is a very manual process. It also makes your Google drive folders unnecessarily complicated and confusing.

    Could you simplify the process to allow multiple templates to be generated from one single back-end form?
